What this website collects
This website has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools, and it sets no cookies. Its fonts, pictures and film are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with other companies.
Our web server keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We keep them only as long as that purpose needs.
The short "Sea the World with Us" opening is shown once per visit. Your browser remembers this in its session storage, which holds no personal data and is cleared when you close the browser.
When you write or call us
If you email or phone us, we use your name, contact details and message to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to prepare and perform that agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for the periods the law requires.
For operations in Greece, details may be shared with Coast Nomads Single-Member P.C. (Athens), which handles our operations there, and only when this is needed for your request.
Where data is kept
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, inside the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@eazyblue.com. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
Changes
When we add new features to this site, such as contact forms, we will update this notice and the date above.
